Dylan made her way down the desrted hallways, on her way to her next class. She was already late, so she was taking her time. "What's a few extra minutes?" she had asked herself. In a red halter top and black mini skirt, topped off with black 3-inch heels, she stepped quietly, trying not to disturb the classes. She stopped at the water fountain for a drink, then stood up to see someone she hadn't talked to in a while, only a few lockers away.
Oliver Jordan. He had been a good friend of hers before she turned skinny. Smiling, she lifted her bag over her shoulder and walked towards him. "Hey Oliver." she said with a smile. She placed a piece of stray hair behind her ear. "What's been going on?" she asked curiously. She had always had a slight crush on Oliver, but she had liked a lot of people. Oliver wa sone of the few though, that she had continued to like when she got unfat.

Oliver wasn't in class as usual. He just spent the morning going up and down the stairs without really in the mood of vandalizing any school property. He just stood by Hanna's locker, hoping that they'd meet there. He was sort of surprised when one of his previous friends went up to him. Dylan Marvill. What surprised him most that she was already one of the girls in the Pretty Committee and yet she still has the guts to talk to him. He smirked at her since he liked that she still wants to talk to him. "So, you still know me?" he jested as he continued to smirk at her. She looked like a Barbie doll with her clothes and her skinny figure. "Nothing much, really," he replied nonchalantly as he rested his side on one of the lockers.

Hearing Oliver's comment, she sighed and nodded. "Yeah. I guess I deserve that." she admitted to him and herself. She had missed Oliver for the longest time, and really couldn't believe it took her that long to realize it. Then she laughed slightly. "But you still don't need to have that stupid smirk Ol. I know I've been an asshole." she told him, attempting to at leats make him smile. That would be the first step to getting things back to the way they were. She just wanted to be able to have her two sets of friends. Her new friends and her old friends. She rested her opposite side on the locker, facing him. "Nothing's going on. What about you? Still going out with Hanna?" she asked conversationally.

Oliver mustered up a smile on his face at Dylan's remark. She changed physically but she managed to be almost the same Dylan that he knew. "Why? What's wrong with smirking?" he joked as he raised an eyebrow at her and clearly, he brought back his smirk back to his face.
"Yeah, life's kinda boring," he said nonchalantly as he played with the padlock on the locker he was leaning at. "Hanna? I dunno about her," he said frankly since they hadn't been talking for a while. "I guess we're still good." he huffed and tried to stay focused. Oliver was feeling a little drowsy again. He didn't drink much last night but he stayed up late again. "What about you?" he asked trying to keep up with her, "going out with anyone lately?"

Dylan laughed slightly and rolled her eyes. "Same old Oliver." she muttered with a grin. "You know I hate the smirk Ol. I think you're doingit just to piss me off." she said knowingly. She didn't blame Oliver, or any o the Rebels for that matter, for trying to make her hate them. She would do the same thing. At least Oliver and Brady had tried to make it work again, so now it was her turn.
"Life is boring for everyone. You get used to it. Though as King of the Rebels, I'm sure life is just a little bit entertaining." she teased him. Oliver took pride in his title, and she still teased him about it. "Something's wrong with you and hanna? How can that be? i thought you guys were a match made in heaven." she said seriously. Pouting, she crossed her arms across her chest. "'I guess we're still good.' is not a good enough answer Oliver Kenzi Jordan." she said sternly, using his full name, which she only did when she wanted information. Shaking her head, she laughed. "Me? Dating someone? Yeha right. You know how I am Ollie. Even before I became a skinny, preppy, bitchy Pretty Committee member, I couldn't keep a steady boyfriend." It had always been one of her flaws. For some reason, she couldn't stick to one guy for too long.

"Of course you do," he said continuing to smirk back at her. She just hates it when he does that, but what can he do? That is one of his trademarks. He can't just erase it, can he? "For now, it is." he said in a matter-of-fact tone. "I'm not in the mood of doing something out of the ordinary."
Oliver resented Dylan's remark on his answer. Aside from that, she called her by his full name again. He didn't like being called by his full name although he goes by either Oli or Kenzi only. A few people may give him nicknames just not calling him by his full name. Scowling a bit he replied with a snort, "It's not like we'll last forever or something," He knew he could've hurt Hanna's feelings with these words but they have to face it. It's the truth. Not every relationship lasts forever.
"Oh yeah, that I know off," he said in his smart-ass tone. Dylan can't handle one single steady relationship. He couldn't believe it before but now he does.

Dyaln laughed and made herself more comfortable against the locker. "What isn't out of the ordinary with you?" she asked him and rolled her eyes playfully. She guessed that he wasn't smirking to make her mad, because he always did that. "Maybe I could get used to the smirk. Maybe. the chances are slim." She could definately get used to the smirk. it even looked sorta good on Oliver. She wondered why that was.
Dylan thouhght over what he said, and after a few minutes, nodded. "You're right. No matter how many people want to see you and Hanna grow old together, it more than likely won't happen." she said and sighed. She was having a weird feeling about that, but she couldn't identify what it was. Smiling again, trying to lighten the mood, she turned to face Oli again. "So, what's up with brady and that Bethany girl? Pete's sister." she said and smiled.
She jokingly slapped his arm at his last comment. "Shut up! I try!" she defended herself poorly. She really didn't try. She had no interest in a long-term highschool sweetheart relationship. "It's hard to keep up with you Mr. 2 year relationship man." she teased with a grin.

Oliver chuckled at her remark. She clearly doesn't like to see him smirk at her. "Even so," he said in a quiet tone, "it does suit me, right?" he asked in a boastful manner. He knew girls like it when he smirks. Although, Dylan says different.
He shrugged his shoulders at her question about his brother and Bethany. He didn't really care about who Brady gets on since he knows how to handle himself. Even so, he will still be on his brother's back if anything else happens. "Who knows?" he said as he frowned slightly and continued, "Bethany is a cool girl anyways,"
Oliver chuckled when Dylan slapped his arm. "You got me there," he said in between his soft laughs, "uncalled for. Really." he smiled and looked at her as she teased him. "At least I'm a stick-to-one type." he boasted as he looked over at the hallway to check if there was anyone coming.

Dylan nodded in agreement, her smile still in place. "Absolutely. Usually the smirk doesn't work too well but I can really say it looks good on you. Pretty much everything looks good on you, so there's really no surprises there." she said and laughed slightly, tossing her brown hair over her shoulder. She still thought, even though Oliver was going out with Hanna, that he was the funnest person to be around, so she spent as much time with him as possible.
Dylan nodded again. She liked Brady too, but mainly as just a friend, only sometimes more. She cared about who he was with because she wanted him to be happy. "Yeah, I don't know Bethany, but Pete is great. I'm just gonna guess she's cool. I just think it's a bad way to start things when you like a guy and are going out with someone else." She had liked many guys in her time, but never one that was taken. Except for Oliver himself.
She pulled her hair back again, throwing it up into a messy ponytail. "Yeah, exactly. So keep your mouth shut." she teased him with a grin. She nodded. "I think it's best if you don't judge actually." she added lightly. She was only joking. She joked a lot. Looking down the hall as he did. "Do you think we should get out of here? I miss talking to you and I reeally don't want to get to class. Or are you to much of a goody to skip class now?" she asked with a knowing smirk. Oliver could never stand to let people think he was chicken.

Oliver gazed at her and still smirked. He wasn't into changing his facial expression just for now. He was still in the mood of getting onto Dylan. Since they missed out on so much, a little catching up wouldn't hurt.
He continued to look at Dylan and then he checked his watch for the time. Still early for lunch so he shrugged and looked back at her. Staying there was still good to go. "Nah," he said as he cocked his head to the side and then shifted his weight as he continued to lean on the locker, "I was just looking if there was anyone coming." Oliver grinned as Dylan remarked on him skipping classes. "Me? go to class? you wish." he scoffed as he chuckled slightly, "Maybe you would still want to go to yours," he teased as he tickled Dylan's side which he knew that she was very ticklish.

Dylan rolled her eyes playfully. "Fine. Do you wanna play hard ball? We'll play hard ball." she said and did her puppy dog pout. Even when she was fatter, her puppy dog face had gotten her everything she wanted. With all her lost weight, she knew it was too adorable to resist. "I don't mind the smirk anymore Oli." she said with a smirk of her own.
Nodding, she made herself comfortable again. "Alright. Just don't wanna get into any trouble. I'm perfectly fine with skipping, but I really can't get caught. My record is bad enough." she laughed slightly. She rolled her eyes again. "Oh. I bet you feel really bad now. Cutting class? You little daredevil, you." she said sarcastically. As Oliver tickled her sides, which he knew she was ticklish in, she jumped about two feet in the air and straight back into his arms. Still laughing looudly, she gasped for air. "Oliver! You know I can't help laughing!" she yelled at him, but not mad at all.

Oliver gave Dylan an honest to goodness smile when she pouted. Now he knows that she was the same Dylan that he knew. That puppy dog face of hers really gets him. Without warning, he was looking at Dylan who's face also worked a smirk on it. "I guess I like the pout better than your smirk."
"Of course not," he said as he smirked again, "you won't get into trouble," he said with an evil grin formed from his smirk, "just into a hell lot of trouble," he laughed as he continued to tickle Dylan and held her harder as she squealed. "Now tell me," he said in between his laughs, "you miss this don't you?"

Dylan smiled as he did, looking right back into his eyes. She'd missed his smile for the longest time, and was extremely happy to see it back. She laughed slightly. "Aww. Oliver! You don't think my smirk is sexy?" she asked jokingly. These were the questions they always asked each other. She could tell, even now, that they were going to be friends again.
She rolled her eyes. "Oh, that's loads better." she said sarcastically, looking down the hall again to make sure nobody was coming. As he continued to tickle her, she laughed more and threw her arms around his neck, trying to stop herself from falling over. Stopping automatically, as soon as he asked her if she missed him. Leaving her arms there, she nodded solemnly. "I definately did. I miss everything about you. We dn't talk anymore and that's my fault. I'm so sorry Oliver." she said. She unwrapped her arms from his neck and placed one on each shoulder. She had to lift herself up slightly, because he was so much taller, to kiss him on the cheek.

Oliver smiled back and laughed at her question. "No, mine is sexier," he joked back. Although, he had to admit, a smirk on Dylan's face is sexy. Other than that, it makes her look prettier. Even if they hadn't talked in ages, it seemed like everything was back to normal again.
He stopped tickling her abruptly as she placed her arms around his neck. She almost fell over because of him, and Oliver bets that if anything happens to her pretty face or her body, he'd be liable for it. Oliver smiled as he looked at her straight in the eyes as she admitted that she did miss him. He did miss her as well, and he realized it just now, he didn't actually notice that he missed her that much until now. He just stood there with his hand around her waist as she kissed him on the cheek. He didn't know if he blushed or something like that, but he did feel warm. He looked at her and smiled, "I'm glad that you did," he said as he lowered his head to kiss her lips gently, "I missed you as well," he whispered after that peck.

Dylan laughed slightly and nodded. "Yeah, you're right. It is sexier. That smirk is just to die for." she said and laughed, grinning back. She was only partially kidding. She wasn't one for smirks, but it looked great on Oliver. Everything looked great on Oliver, she realized with a smile.
Oliver turned red, if even only slightly, and that made her smile more. "I'm glad I did too. It's about time we started hanging out again. It's killer to stay away from you for too long, you know?" she asked with a smirk. She was shocked when he leaned down to kiss her lips. She'd thought for sure that he was madly and deeply in love with Hanna. Maybe he was, and didn't know what he was doing. Either way, she didn't mind. She'd liked Oliver for too long to just give up. Wrapping her arms around his neck again, she kissed back.
