+ As the pretty brunette wandered around the brightly lit mall, she pondered what she was going to buy for gifts. Christmas was nearly here, and she had yet to even make a list. Shrugging to herself, the girl decided that she might as well give up. The holidays where a'coming and she was unprepared and willing to face whatever consequences.
Why was she alone on such a popular shopping day? Resa Valente just hadn't bothered to call and invite anyone. She figured that she'd find someone interesting to talk to, she always did. Perhaps today that particular person would come in the form of an attractive male in her year or one below. Resa didn'i do childlike crushes. They seemed so pathetic. If she liked them, they would obviously end up liking her, end of story.
Her outfit was perfect. Cute enough to not be considered slutty, slutty enough to not be considered cute. Today she had chosen a navy, low cut shirt, paired with a short denim minishirt. The shirt was so short that she had to wear a pair of chic leggings in a few shades lighter than the shirt. They disappeared into a pair of sweater boots that she had just bought on her last trip to the mall. Overall, her outfit was perfect.
The boots made a slight thump as they made contact with the maple flooring of the food court. Resa didn't feel like walking around anymore, and decided to go and sit in the nearest Starbucks. As a senior, she had been introduced to coffee around her sophomore year. From then on, she had put less and less sugar in it, so now, if she wanted to, she could drink coffee black. But obviously, it tasted better with sugar.
She ordered her coffee, with lowfat milk and grabbed a few packets of Sweet 'n Low. The brunette found a table in the crowded shop and say down, putting her feet up on the support bar of the chair in front of her.

Rixey ♥ Rixey, bored out of her mind, typed lazily on her Macbook Pro. As her fingers tapped the keyboard, she rolled her eyes. Talking to a random junior on monday morning, was not what she wanted to be doing during her winter break. Not even bothering to say goodbye, she shut her computer down and rolled off her bed. Maybe the mall? She said to herself, already pulling on a short grey sweater dress. She pulled on a pair of black leggings and surveyed her shoe closet. Flats or heels? Heels looked kind of silly with leggings, so flats it was. Grabbing her new pair of Marc Jacobs flats, she tossed her long blond hair.
In less than 15 minutes, Rixey was at the mall. Biting her lip, she looked around. She hated being alone more than anything, and had no idea why she decided to go without her friends. Wandering to Victoria Secret, she picked up a few things and left quickly. Grinning, she spotted a familiar head of brunette hair, sitting alone at Starbucks."Resa! Hey!" She said brightly, flashing her white smile. Walking over, Rixey sat down. "Ew. Coffee?" Rixey could not stand coffee, it just didn't taste good to her. Pulling a water bottle out of her bag, she took a sip and grinned at her best friend. "Whats up?" She asked, popping a gummy bear into her mouth. Rixey was horribly addicted to gummy bears, and thank god she had such a high metabolism.

+ Resa Valente * the elite Sitting there, Resa arranged her body so that if anyone was looking, that she looked both bored and haughty. She let her feet slide back, so that she cold cross her ankles and her lithe body was balanced on one elbow that sat neatly on the table. Taking a sip of coffee the elite girl sighed softly. Why the hell did she come all alone? Mall trips where no fun at all without someone else to make fun of the wannabes dressed up in incredibly slutty outfits and hitting on the zit faced cashiers at the coffee counters.
There was one such pathetic girl up there now, chatting up some kid that was working the java machine. Pathetic, the pretty girl thought to herself. Of course she wouldn't say anything that rude out loud. Obviously she kept those sort of comments to herself. Leaning down to fix the leggings that had been bothering her all day, she heard a voice that she recognized. It was one of her best friends ever, raelene rixey henderson. Resa adored her friend, but was lways curious why she didn't go by her first name. It was so cute. I mean, Raelene? That was just adorable.
"Resa! Hey!" Chipper and happy as ever in the morning, Rixey was always able to brighten any foul mood that Resa was in. her next comment got a smile to spread across the face of the sometimes bitchy brunette. "Ew. Coffee?"
"Mmm coffee." Resa took a big sip of it and almost chocked as the burning liquid heated up her throat. The scent was amazing. Rich and deep. But still, Resa wasn't in the mood to kill her new outfit with coffee stains, so she stood and dumped the half full container in the wastebasket.
"I am so over hot coffee. Iced is so much better." her voice sounded slightly amused and with an edge of laughter. "Whats up?" Ah not much, Resa didn't have too much to say on the subject, and now that she had someone else to hang with, perhaps they could get shopping again. "Hmm, not too much right now. But now they you're here, we can go have actual fun." Resa wasn't much for giving out her emotions and such to many people, but with Rixey, a member of the elite, Resa could completely rely on her. That is, there weren't many secrets that where kept secrets in their clique.

Rixey ♥ Rixey, grinning brightly, watched with hazel eyes as Resa dumped her coffee in the trash."How you can drink any kind of coffee, is like, beyond me." Rixey shook her head as if she couldn't believe. It was just so bitter and Rixey liked everything in her life to be sweet. Even though it seemed like she was really healthy, seeing that her body and skin were perfect, she was actually a huge candy addict. She liked hard candies, gummies, Tic Tacs, gum and everything else, besides chocolate. Even her middle name sounded sweet. Rixey. It was also kind of preppy sounding, like Muffy or something, and it was a family name. She didn't go by Raelene mostly because it sounded kind of old, and bitter to her. Rixey was much more happy and sweet. She liked Resa's name, it sounded like Reese, which is what Rixey called her sometimes. Her eyes twinkled when Resa mentioned the word fun. She and Resa and the rest of the Elite clique had so much fun together. Rixey had a billion pictures of all of them, most of them shots of them laughing. Resa made Rixey laugh, she was always witty and sarcastic, always thinking of different ways to entertain herself. "Where should we go?" She asked, tossing her blond hair. Currently it was a bright butter blonde, but a month ago it had been a rich chesnut color. Rixey loved to dye her hair, it was kind of addicting. It made her feel like a whole new person every time she went to dye it. She always kept it moisturised and healthy, which took alot of work, seeing that she dyed it all the time.

+ Resa Valente * the elite "How you can drink any kind of coffee, is like, beyond me." That got a laugh from the brunette. Rixey was so silly with her anti coffeeness and how she could always eat as much sugar as she wanted without gaining anything. Resa didn't want to test her body like that, so she would only have a minor sugar binge once in a while, instead of weekly or even daily. Though the gym was always fun for her, Resa adored basketball. An odd choice of sport for an elite clique member. Cheerleading, or gymnastics, perhaps even soccer seemed more elite. Resa, or Reese as Rixey liked to call her, couldn'y play soccer. In Rixey's words, playing soccer without tripping over the ball was, like, beyond her.
"Where should we go?" Hmm, the pretty girl wasn't exactly sure. She had already visited the Victoria Secret, the Apple store, and a few other clothing shops. Perhaps they could go to Sephora. Though Resa had plenty of makeup, makeup as gifts was always good. She also wanted to hit Coach, to see if their spring line had come out yet. The winter ball was coming up too, and the girl wasn't quite sure what outfit would be best. She could go look in Gucci as well. Not quite sure, Resa turned back to her bestfriend.
"There is wayy to much stuff that I need to do today. Liike buying everyone gifts. " With that, Resa laughed. She couldn't believe that she had forgotten to buy presents. Oh well, perhaps she would just buy giftcards. "Maybe we should pick out a dress for the winter ball?" In her mind, Resa imagined a short ice blue dress with white lace that peeked out the bottom. The top would be halter, of course. With her chest, nothing else really looked that good. Well, actually, Resa could pull off many types of dresses, but halter tops accentuated her cleavage best.

Rixey♥ Rixey loved to make people laugh, especially Resa. Sometimes she acted silly and stupid, just to make people laugh. There was a downside to that though, it got her a bad reputation as an airhead. She reached into her bag and produced a bag of gummy bears. Popping one into her mouth she offered the bag to her brunette friend. "Want one?" She asked. Resa usually didn't eat candy, thats how she kept her skinny frame. Rixey didn't really understand how people could resist candy. Life had to have some sweetness in it, Rixey figured. Looking around the brightly lit mall, Rixey saw a thousand things she wanted, she just worked that way. Anything that appealed to her she wanted. Usually, she didn't deny herself, but when it came to clothes, she had have some limits. Fingering her diamond stud earrings, she grinned. Maybe we should pick out a dress for the winter ball?". Defiantly shop for the winter ball. The winter ball was one of the biggest dances of the year, no it was the biggest dance of the year. Rixey and the rest of the Elite clique had so many parties to go to this holiday season, and Rixey defiantly needed new dresses. "Yeah! Lets go to saks. I really want that new dress by Diane Von Furstenburg." Rixey may been considered stupid academically, but no one said she was stupid, fashion wise. She poured over fasion magazines, sat front row in fashion shows, and knew practically every designer out there. Her parents were even in the fashion business, her mother was a designer and her father owned alot of very succesful fashion houses. "We can get gifts later. Dresses now, gifts later. Way later. She laughed, linking arms with her best friend.

+ Resa Valente * the elite "Want one?" Yup, here was a display of Rixey loving sugar. She always had a bit tucked away somewhere. That was a quirk that made her oh-so much more adorable. Resa thought back to her dream dress. Perhaps something a little less 'too adorable' and something more 'yeah, I'm sexy.' The sexy look was something that Resa went for more often, and with her curvy body she could pull it off. What was amusing was the little freshmen dressing up it slutty little dresses.
"What sort of dress shall I wear this year? Something hot, or just plain sexy?"
The grin that had been on her face for the last five minutes was replaced by an evil smile. She wanted to outdress every single person that came to the winter ball. Well, everyone except her elites. Last year her dress had been a deep red colour, much different than most other peoples, who had opted for a more wintery theme of blues and whites. Obviously she liked to stand out, and she was good at it. When her baby cousin had come to visit she had adored dressing her up in all the tiny designer outfits that her mother had bought for her. It was like having a doll to dress up.
"Yeah! Lets go to saks. I really want that new dress by Diane Von Furstenburg." "What sort of dress was that like again?" She questioned the smaller girl. Had it been tiered with layers, or just a simply one layer? She even forgot what colours it had been. Well, Resa wasn't into the whole fashion lingo, but she could pick out an amazing outfit for anyone. The person that she dressed up the most was obviously herself. Standing up, she turned toward the door. Starbucks had gotten wayy to loud, and Resa just wanted to leave and pick out a dress. All thoughts of gifts had disappeared from her mind.

Rixey ♥ Rixey, popping another sweet into her mouth, looked at Resa. She was very pretty, and liked to stand out. She, like Rixey, looked good in most dresses, but it was a amazing, original dress she wanted. "Sexy. Definatly." Rixey said, walking toward Saks. "Forget the Diane Von Furstenburg dress. I'm wearing that." She said, pointing to a dress in the window. It was white and short, and would complement Rixey's body perfectly. It looked deliciously soft and comfortable, and it was just sexy enough. She walked into quickly and asked a sales attendant for a size 2 of the dress. Minutes later, she was infront of a 3 way mirror. "Do you like it?" She asked, turning to Resa. "Its Versace." She smiled, looking at her reflection. She looked like a sexy snow angel. Looking to the sales attendant, she smiled sweetly. "Do you think you could get me a pair of Manolo Blahniks? Silver, or white, with a 3 inch heel. I'm a size 8." Rixey tossed her long hair.
